The Poplars is run by Amanda, a very popular local lady who is sure to give you a warm welcome. Located just a stone’s throw from Thirsk station, it’s an ideal option for those arriving by rail. With prices starting from around £60 per night, The Poplars is an affordable, convenient and comfortable place to stay. If we didn’t already live in the area, we’d certainly stay here!
The Gallery B&B
Located just opposite the World Of James Herriot in Thirsk town centre. The Gallery has a 99% satisfaction rating on Trip Advisor, and it deserves it. Prices range from about £60 – £80 per night. Kathryn is a wonderful hostess and you can be assured of a friendly welcome and a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
